An orbit and a bit

Wow. It's been quite a while since last I put anything up on this page.

Perhaps as a recap on the past year to, at least, partially explain such absence, I:

- and my partner finished our house and moved in during the fall.
- quit my horticulturalist wage slavery role and struck off with the permaculture company
- spent considerable time with friends and family, working on small projects out here on the steppe
- started reading again and enjoying the best of interactive art that I had missed over the past two orbits of shelter construction.

Now, I'm working at a sweet climbing gym, living in this very warm shelter, and preparing for the permaculture season with marketing and workshops.

Over the next while I will work to document the building process of my house and perhaps shed some light on net-zero construction for cold, arid environs such as my native Alberta.

Hopefully in a couple years with some data to back it all up I'll have a book or presentation or something.
